This will be a full fledged poetry slam featuring top finalists from slam events at Urban Legends and the House of Paint’s long standing event, the OG500. Qualified participants will bring their best poetry and slam ideas to CityFolk for a chance to win $1000.00. Hosted by Apollo the Child.

Our event will be in two parts, with the first being an elimination round judged by audience members, and the top 5 moving forward to a head-to-head final round!
