This is not your average art opening!
This event is the official kick off of the 2019 House of Paint Festival Season. The theme of House of Paint’s 2019 season is #Elevate. While we strive every year to celebrate and elevate hip hop culture through our programming and events, this year we wanted to really turn that lens inward and focus on elevating our local hip hop culture. We’re gonna be working extra hard to shine the light on some of the truly amazing local talent we have right here in Ottawa. We’re getting started with this event!
The #Elevate Launch Event is an art opening done up in true HoP style. Good food, good drink, good friends, good times. Listen to some fresh beats, see some dope art and visuals, and learn more about what we’ll be bringing you at this year’s festival. The art on the walls will be at Happy Goat until the end of August, but this event is ONE NIGHT ONLY. Come through, fam!

Cet événement est le début officiel de la saison du festival House of PainT 2019. Le thème de House of PainT 2019 est #Elevate. À chaque années on se dévoue à la célébration et l'élévation de la culture hip hop à travers notre programmation et nos événements, cette année on voulait vraiment tourner cette lentille vers l’intérieur et se concentrer sur élever la culture de hip hop local. Nous allons travailler super fort à mettre en vedette quelques extraordinaire talents de chez nous, ici à Ottawa. Nous commençons avec cet événement!
L’événement de lancement #Elevate est une ouverture d’art présenté dans le vrais style HoP. Bonne bouffe, bons breuvages, bons amis, bons temps. Écoute à des fresh beats, regarde à l’art et des visuels dope, et apprend plus à propos de ce qu’on vas vous amener au festival de cette année. L’art sur les murs va être à Happy Goat jusqu’à la fin du mois d'août, mais cet événement n’est qu’UNE SEULE NUIT. Come through fam!
